1.) What is the best way to reach customer service?

The best way to reach us is to email us at contact@kolvi.in. We are here to answer any and all questions. If you have a bespoke request do not hesitate to contact us, we aim to help you in anyway possible. 

2.) How do I know that my Order has been confirmed?

Once you have completed the payment, you will be navigated to the “Thank You” page on our website where you will be provided the order confirmation details. You will also receive an e-mail confirmation on your registered e-mail id.

3.) What are the Shipping charges?

    Shipping and handling rates vary based on the product, its size and volume, the packaging used and the shipping destination. You will see the final shipping and handling charges at the time of checkout after you provide the shipping address for your order. We may from time to time offer free shipping as a bonus on our website, in which case the terms and conditions of that particular offer will be valid at the time.

    4.) How long will my order take?

    We are a small business at present. We are working on a limited inventory. As soon as we receive a request for your order or pre-order, we start the preparation for a smooth delivery. We expedite the delivery within 24-48 hours. We endeavour to dispatch orders within 2 working days to all pin codes supported by our logistics partners. Please note Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays are not counted as working days.

    5.) Do you ship internationally? 

      Currently we are not delivering internationally but we plan to start that in near future. 

      6.) WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED OR WRONG PRODUCT?

        Kindly update us within 2 days of receiving the damaged/ defective product with photographs on contact@kolvi.in.

        We will do our best to replace the product or issue a credit note/gift card depending on the situation. A delay beyond 2 days of receiving the package will make things a bit difficult as stock runs out pretty fast for a small business.

        7.) How do I wash Quilts?

        All our quilts are pre-washed and ready to use. All our quilts are machine washable on a gentle cycle and can be tumble dried on low. Hang them in the sun to dry completely since they have cotton batting and should be dried naturally. . Please do not squeeze or wring the quilts. When cared for with love, our quilts will get softer and fluffier with use. Preferably, hand wash all baby quilts in a gentle detergent. When in doubt, dry clean.

        8.) Will the color/prints fade when washed?

          We recommend avoiding the use of powerful detergents or bleaching agents to retain the original color and print quality of our products.

          9.) WHAT IF MY PAYMENT FAILED/MONEY GOT DEBITED/DIDN’T RECEIVE PAYMENT CONFIRMATION?

            Please share your email id and the exact amount charged to us at contact@kolvi.in so that we can quickly check at the payment gateway and inform you accordingly. Share screenshots if the amount got debited. 

            10.) Are taxes included in the product price?

              All our prices our inclusive of GST taxes.

              11.) What mode of payment do you accept?

                We accept all major debit cards, credit cards, UPI, net banking and mobile wallet options at checkout. We also accept cash on delivery for eligible orders.
