Refund, Returns,Exchange and Cancellations Policy

Returns /Exchanges

Kolvi’s return or exchange policy applies only if the product is damaged and defective else we do not accept exchanges. All our products are handmade with utmost care and love. All product dimensions and materials are mentioned on each product on our website. We do not entertain exchanges for size related issues.

1. You have 5 calendar days to exchange an item from the date you received it. First exchange of a product is free of cost. Every subsequent exchange will attract a shipping fee of Rs. 199 per instance.
2. To be eligible for an exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
3. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
4. We do not arrange for return pick up and the return cost is to be borne by the
5. We highly recommend that you use a method that allows you to track the package, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.  Kolvi is not responsible for shipping fees or lost return.
6. Incase of damage/ manufacturing defect, we will replace the product.
7. Please contact us with a photo and your order number if you need a replacement for a defective or damaged product.
8. We do not accept returns of orders / products purchased with any discount or during a sale.

Refunds

Refund will be issued as Store Credit only. Once we receive your item in our facility, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund in a form of store credit.

Cancellations 

You can cancel an order within 12 hours of the order being placed. Please whatsapp / call us on +91-7014159299.

We accept cancellations in exchange for full refund/store credits within 12 hours of placing the order. Incase the order is shipped, we do not accept cancellations.
